About our text messages
Reclaimed Touch LLC ("Reclaimed Touch," "we," "us") sends text messages to clients who sign up. By joining, you agree to these terms.
We send three kinds of texts:
Promotions: special offers, openings, and updates about Reclaimed Touch services.
Appointment reminders: confirmations and reminders about upcoming sessions.
Care follow-up: a check-in 24 to 48 hours after your session asking how you're feeling after your bodywork.
We never include health details, intake information, or session notes in a text message.
How you sign up
You can join by checking the text message box on your intake form or by texting reclaim to (415) 273-0238. After you sign up, we send a confirmation text. Reply YES to confirm. You won't get any other texts until you do.
Signing up is optional. You don't need to agree to receive texts to book or receive services.
How often we text
Message frequency varies. You can expect up to 2 promotional texts per month, plus reminders and follow-up texts tied to your appointments.
Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop or get help
To stop: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one final text confirming you've been removed, and no more texts after that. To rejoin, text reclaim to (415) 273-0238.

Your privacy
We will not share or sell your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. To learn how we collect and use your information, read our Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top will show the latest version.
