I offer a range of wellness services including swedish massage, assisted stretching, cuddle sessions, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, and cupping.
-
I combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication. It’s not just what I do—it’s how I do it that sets me apart. I’m skilled in caring for the whole person, because we are sums of our parts.

You can reach me anytime via email at cornell@reclaimedtouch.com or text me at 609.605.8274 (Please text only). I aim to respond quickly via email—usually within 1-2 business day.

I have been told I bring a calming and caring energy that makes you feel like we are old friends. With me, you are safe, respected, and welcomed. You will also get focused, skilled work. I pay close attention to what your body is telling me and adjust the whole way through, so the session targets what you actually need.

Unlike a traditional massage, stretch therapy is usually performed fully clothed. I recommend wearing comfortable, flexible athletic wear (leggings, gym shorts, or yoga pants).
-
For massage therapy, most clients undress to their comfort level. You will be professionally draped with a sheet or towel at all times, and only the area being worked on will be exposed.
-
Of course! During every massage, I conduct light stretches and work on your range of motion. However, the stretch appointments are longer. For deep stretching, those holds last 2-5 minutes to really help promote long-lasting increased flexibility and range of motion. I also do have a 2-hour session that combines massage and stretching.
-
You may feel some intensity or "productive" discomfort, but you should never feel sharp or stabbing pain. Communication is key; we can adjust at any time.
-
If you are recovering from an injury, I would consult your doctor or other medical professional about frequency. For maintenance and self-care, once a month is great. If you are training for an event, once a week or every two weeks may be more effective.
A part of the stretching comes some stretches you can do at home. I recommend 15 minutes of deep stretching every day before bed.
-
At this time, I do not offer prenatal massage. As for stretching, you should consult your OBGYN about whether or not they recommend deep stretching consisting of long holds for 2-5 minutes.
-
I require 24 hours notice for cancellations. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client on my waiting list.
For group stretch classes: I will not refund fee with less than a 24 hour cancellation notice.
For massage or private stretch appointments: I charge a $50 cancellation fee with less than a 48 hour notice.

Often, yes. A lot of chronic tightness comes from how we sit, train, and carry stress day after day. I work to find not just where you feel the discomfort, but where it is actually coming from, and use targeted massage and stretch to release it. For diagnosed injuries or medical conditions, I will always recommend coordinating with your doctor.
-
Desk work quietly tightens up hips, necks, and shoulders. A therapeutic massage or a massage with full body stretching is a great starting point, and I will often send you home with a few simple stretches to hold the progress between sessions. Tell me what is bothering you most and I will steer you to the right service.

Yes. Whether you are lifting, running, or training for an event, the massage and assisted stretch work supports recovery, mobility, and range of motion. For event prep, more frequent sessions, once a week or every two weeks, tend to be most effective.
-
Most men feel looser and more mobile right after the first session. For tension that has built up over months or years, the lasting change comes from a few sessions close together, which is what the packages are built for.
-
I use traditional Chinese cupping (fire-based suction) as well as manual cupping with a pressure handle pump. Both methods draw blood flow to tight areas and help release fascia, and I choose between them based on your body and what the session calls for. Some marking or discoloration is normal and typically fades within a few days.
-
Cupping increases blood flow to the treated area, which helps release tight fascia and speeds up muscle recovery. It can ease chronic tension, improve range of motion, and take some of the soreness out of hard training or long days on your feet. Many people also find the suction itself deeply relaxing, almost like a reverse massage.

Absolutely. This is not pampering for its own sake. It is skilled, focused work that happens to feel good because relief feels good. Plenty of my clients are men who never thought of themselves as massage people until they felt what intentional touch actually does for stress, pain, and sleep.
