Who We Are
Reclaimed Touch LLC ("Reclaimed Touch," "we," "us") is a massage therapy practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we contact you by email and text message.
It applies to information you share through our website (reclaimedtouch.com), our online booking page, our intake forms, our email list, and our text message program. By using these services or signing up for our messages, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
We only collect what we need to book your sessions, give you safe care, and stay in touch.
Contact details: your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
Booking details: appointment dates, services booked, and payment records processed through our booking system.
Intake and health information: details you share on your intake form so we can give you safe, appropriate massage. This information is used only for your care. It is never used for marketing.
Messaging consent: the date, time, and method you agreed to receive emails or texts (for example, the intake form checkbox or a keyword you texted us).
Website and email activity: basic data such as pages visited and whether you opened or clicked an email. This comes from standard tools like cookies and our email platform.

To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments
To provide safe, personalized massage based on your intake form
To process payments and keep business records
To send promotions, openings, and updates you agreed to receive by email or text

We do not sell your personal information.
Text Messages (SMS)
How you sign up. You can join our text list by checking the SMS consent box on our intake form or by texting reclaim to (415) 273-0238. After you sign up, we will send a confirmation text. Reply YES to confirm. Signing up is never required to book a session or receive care.
What we send. Appointment reminders, last-minute openings, special offers, and practice updates.
How often. Message frequency varies. We send up to 2 messages per month, about one every two weeks, plus any appointment reminders.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
How to stop. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will get one final message confirming you are opted out, and we will not text you again unless you sign up again.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at cornell@reclaimedtouch.com.
Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We send texts through Mailchimp, our messaging service provider. Mailchimp processes your number only to deliver our messages on our behalf.
You can join our email list through our intake form, our website, or our booking page. We send emails through Mailchimp.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email us at cornell@reclaimedtouch.com to be removed. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send emails about your appointments.
How We Share Information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the practice, such as our booking system, payment processor, and Mailchimp. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Keeping Your Information Safe
We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you, meet legal and licensing requirements, and keep accurate business records. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no system is completely secure.
Your Choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [EMAIL]. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails by clicking unsubscribe. Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the date it was last updated.
