About Cornell
After years of navigating the high-pressure demands of corporate America, I reached a breaking point that many know all too well: total burnout. Realizing that my ladder-climbing had led me away from my life’s purpose and my own well-being, I made the radical decision to trade the boardroom for the healing room.
Today, I am a Massage Therapist (in-training), Certified Mindset Transformation Coach, and Stretch Coach. My transition wasn't just a career change; it was a mission to bridge the gap between physical recovery and mental clarity.
I believe that true wellness happens at the intersection of the body and the mind. My work is fueled by a deep passion for helping others:
Heal: Releasing the physical and emotional tension stored from years of "hustle culture."
Reconnect: Helping clients move out of their heads and back into their bodies.
Transform: Guiding people to shed limiting beliefs and cultivate a resilient, empowered mindset.
Whether through therapeutic touch, guided or assisted stretching, or mindset coaching, my goal is to help you rediscover your most authentic self and build deeper, healthier connections with the world around you.
My Approach to Massage & Bodywork
Massage, at its best, is a conversation between my hands and your body, between tension and release, between where you are and where you have the potential to be.
My work begins before you're even on the table. I observe the way you walk, the way you stand, the subtle shifts in your posture that tell me where your body is compensating, guarding, or holding on. These patterns are clues and they help me find not just where you're feeling discomfort, but where that discomfort is actually coming from.
Once we begin, I work intuitively, listening to your tissue and following what I find. My goal isn't simply to relax your muscles. It's to earn the trust of your nervous system. When the body feels safe, it lets go. That's when real change happens. Using techniques like myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and PNF stretching, I work with your body's own mechanisms to encourage a genuine, lasting release rather than one that fades by the time you get to your car.
Breathwork is woven throughout the session. Breath is one of the most powerful tools we have for signaling safety to the nervous system, and I'll guide you to use it intentionally at key moments during our work together.
I also believe deeply in the body's capacity to adapt and maintain itself. Informed by principles like Wolff's Law — the idea that tissue remodels itself in response to the demands placed on it — I incorporate mobility work, assisted stretching, and range of motion techniques to help your body not just recover, but recalibrate. My aim is for you to leave not only feeling better, but moving better and to give your body the input it needs to hold onto those gains.
This work is collaborative. I'll check in with you, invite your participation, and encourage you to stay curious about what you're feeling. The more connected you become to your own body, the more effectively we can work together.
